The Mecklenburg Union FCCollege Advisory Program (CAP) has been created to give older players and teams an advantage in the college recruiting process. The CAPProgram includes a comprehensive web site section for older Mecklenburg Union FC players and teams to allow college coaches easier access to important information such as:
In addition, the CAP Program with include the following:
A College Night program for parents and players with guest college coaches for a Q & A Session.
A Mecklenburg Union FCPlayer Showcase – This is a separate weekend for Girl’s and Boy’s Mecklenburg Union FC Players only. The Showcase will include interclub small-sided games, speed/agility tests, balls skills sessions, and full field scrimmages. College coaches will be invited to attend and get a very close look at all participating MUFC players.
Also, there will be web links on the MUFC web site allowing players and parents to get additional information about the college soccer recruiting process.
The CAP Program is just another advantage of participating with MUFC and is another example of how MUFC is Training Tomorrow’s Champions!
